Velutha Kadala, also known as White Chickpea or Kabuli Chana, is a popular variety of chickpea widely used in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines. These cream-colored chickpeas are larger and have a smoother texture compared to their smaller, darker counterpart, the Kala Chana (Black Chickpea).
